Overview

These terms apply to all orders placed at chromeimperial.com, operated by Chrome Imperial ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items — you'll receive confirmation by email at each step. We may cancel and refund any order prior to dispatch, including for stock or pricing errors.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. If a pricing error is obvious, we are not obliged to honour it.

Shipping

UK orders ship tracked, typically arriving within 1–2 working days of dispatch. International shipping options, times and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may attract local duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. To start a return, use the contact page with your order number.

Products

Pieces are produced in limited runs. Sold-out items and sizes may not return. Colours are reproduced as accurately as screens allow; minor variation is not a fault.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, photography and copy on this site belong to Chrome Imperial. No reproduction without written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or that were not caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
